By boldly reducing the project’s footprint by 40%, we prioritized expansive, lush landscapes and a monumental central lagoon over endless concrete. To achieve this unprecedented openness without sacrificing scale, we recovered the required built-up area by strategically adding floors to our sweeping, curvilinear structures—a groundbreaking master plan for which we successfully secured full government approval. The result is a gorgeous, family-centric sanctuary where architecture flows seamlessly into nature.
